同じこの6月、砂丘館で回顧展を開催する松本全廣（1952-2008）と出会っていたばかりの彼女、高塚冬美さんは、話して気持ちいい、どこか見えない遠くをみている感じの人だった。そのころ、私たちは一緒に彫塑を学んだ。30数年後に再会した彼女は変わらず気持ちよく、遠くをみている感じも同じだったけれど、その遠くが「見えている」世界の分だけ、広くなっていた。自由人全廣氏との日々が彼女を深くしていた。
冬美さんが描き、つくるものに、会うことのなかった全廣氏を感じる。さらに独特の平さや、さりげなさ、気持ちよさも。絵肌も、線も、しっかりそこにあるのに、透けている、しずかで心地よい風のように。（企画者・文：大倉 宏／主催：新潟絵屋＋企画者）
Fuyumi Takatsuka, who had just met Zenko Matsumoto (1952–2008) — whose retrospective exhibition is being held at the Sakyukan this June — was someone who was a pleasure to talk to and who seemed to be gazing off into some unseen distance.
Around that time, we studied sculpture together. When I met her again some thirty years later, she was just as pleasant as ever, and the way she gazed into the distance hadn’t changed either—but the “world” she could “see” had grown that much wider. Her days with the free-spirited Zenko had deepened her character.
In the works Fuyumi creates, I sense the presence of Zenko, whom I never met. I also feel a unique serenity, a casualness, and a sense of comfort. Though the texture of the paint and the lines are firmly present, they seem translucent, like a quiet, soothing breeze. 松本冬美（まつもと ふゆみ）
1953年横浜生まれ。82年東京藝術大学美術学部芸術学科卒。96年長野県北御牧村（現東御市）八重原の工房に移り、松本全廣主宰游印肆玩古堂にて印のデザイン制作に携わる。同時に版画、ドローイング、陶オブジェなどを制作し、展示会活動を続けている。
Fuyumi Matsumoto
Born in Yokohama in 1953. Graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Faculty of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts in 1982. In 1996, she moved to a studio in Yaehara, Kitamimaki Village, Nagano Prefecture (now Tomi City), where she worked on seal design and production at Yuinshi Gankodo, led by Zenko Matsumoto. At the same time, she continues to create prints, drawings, and ceramic objects, and actively participates in exhibitions.
